Ossip Sales Training Aid

Client: Johnson & Johnson Vision

Project Description: Suite of support materials to launch a new pilot project, including training guides, sales aids, customer-facing posters, and executive presentations.

Challenges: Taking a very dry clinical study and transforming it into a compelling pitch that would convince eye care offices to participate in the pilot study.

My Role: Messaging strategy, copy-editing, design and deployment of assets

Results: The acceptance rate blew our benchmark out of the water, and the pilot results tracked to our highest bracketed goal for each location. The high participation, positive feedback, and brand + product lift convinced leadership to extend the pilot to an official phased rollout across regions, with global deployment to follow.
