Client: Johnson & Johnson Vision

Project Description: Create global guidance document to be shared across all regional partners in order to maintain Johnson & Johnson Vision brand equity across all professional and medical conferences and conventions.

Challenges: Recent acquisitions rapidly expanded Johnson & Johnson Vision reach from just Contact Lens conventions to a leadership role at conventions across the entire Eye Health space. This document needed to rewrite the strategic messaging hierarchy to incorporate both surgical and medical device considerations alongside consumer eye health products.

My Role: Copy-editing, strategic messaging development and communication strategy, document design and production.

Results: This project won an internal recognition award for living into the AGILE and Sprint new ways of working, and was recognized for its collaboration across new business platforms.
